The Managing Partner; Bernice Ngángá- Muya has over 18 years’ experience post admission. She is a corporate legal expert who is well versed in real estate, commercial transactions including mergers, de-mergers, acquisitions and transformations. She has wide ranging experience in the Financial Sector having worked in the Banking industry, insurance industry and investment sector.

Bernice has been involved as Legal Advisor in a number of large corporate deals, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings and privatizations.

She has advised clients on cross-border transactions, competition law, tax, Intellectual Property and Employment law matters.

Bernice also served as the Head of Legal Services at Madison Insurance and Company Secretary and Legal Manager at UAP Insurance. Bernice is a Certified Mediator with the Mediation Training Institute (USA) and is accredited by the Judiciary’s Mediation Accreditation Committee.
